Chemical Tire Applicators
CTA-100 To be used with a chemical board. Requires either air or foam to use. Includes:
- Two stands with stainless steel piping
- Foam mixing chamber
- Nozzles and swivels
- Pumping station, injectors, and solenoids not included
CTA-200 Uses manual hose activation. Does not require a pump, electricity, or compressed air. Includes:
- Two stands with stainless steel piping

UCW-090 Surface-mounted Under-Carriage wash system for Over/Under conveyor (pumping not included). Spray bar available in galvanized steel.
- Powder coated finish is standard.
UCW-095 Surface-mounted Under-Carriage wash system for surface conveyor (pumping not included). Spray bar available in galvanized steel.
- Powder coated finish is standard. Space required: 3″
ARTB-100 An air retract system per each pair of flex brushes. Air control panel included. FRL assembly.

We offer two models, the TGA-200 for multi-purpose use and the TGA-200-GF for belt conveyors and roll overs only. Both include:
- Retractable pads with on-demand chemical application
- Quick-change Lammscloth pad covers
- Wall-mounted chemical manifold and air panel
- UHMW guide rails
- 26″ x 26″ “Tire Gloss Being Applied” flashing sign
- Requires only one CFM air at 80 psi
- Compressor not included
